Rodd Schmeichel ranks in the top 20 agents of Keller Williams Realty in the Carolinas Region. He is experienced in all aspects of general real estate brokerage successfully marketing properties from beach front to the far corners of the Lowcountry.

In addition to general brokerage, Rodd has formed working relationships with many national financial institutions establishing market value and plans for the liquidation of distressed properties. His experience in loss mitigation has been beneficial to many individual home owners that he has assisted from loan modification to short sales. The end result has been very satisfied clients who are able to avoid a foreclosure or bankruptcy.

Mr. Schmeichel earned the designation of Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®), the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation, from the National Association of Realtors as a result of attendance in classroom curriculum and required practical experience representing buyers in Real Estate transactions.

Brandi Sons has been an area resident for nearly 20 years after relocating from New Orleans, LA. She attended Hilton Head schools, then college in Beaufort, SC and Savannah, GA where she earned her Nursing degree. After a rewarding 8-year career in Nursing, she made the move to the real estate profession and joined Keller Williams Realty in October of 2005.

As well as practical experience, Brandi has completed the real estate industry’s most comprehensive new home sales course to earn her national certification as a Certified New Home Specialist. With this certification, she joins a group dedicated to providing the highest level of professionalism and service to builders and new home buyers. The training covered architectural design and planning, blueprint reading, topography, building site design, evaluating quality construction, materials, methods, construction terminology and scheduling. She has also earned Residential Construction Certification furthering her understanding of the construction industry and building process.

Brandi resides in Historic Bluffton with her eight year old daughter, Chloe. She received the 2006 Realtor® Service Award for contributions to her community and local Association.
